Ysera, the Dreamer

For the past roughly 6 months I worked on this project in my freetime for the Character Bootcamp hosted by the Game Art Institute. When searching for concepts for my project I stumbled across this gorgeous piece by Sam Hogg and immediately knew I had to do this!
